No scrubbing. Oxyclean works great on newer (stiff, post 1970s) pennants. Bleach can work wonders on the older, white, soft felt pennants but it can also ruin them (I know
). This has been discussed extensively in the “Hey, pennant guys” thread, with many before and after pics. The trick is finding those posts among the 1800+.
