Just to add - when you registered you were sent a confirmation email, with a link asking you to click and thereby validate your email address. There was an issue the first 36 hours with the emails not making it to Verizon.net accounts, which has since been resolved and as far as we know, everyone should have that email right now. If you didn't see it, please check your SPAM folder as that's probably where it is. If you need us to, you can email us at
