warshawlawThis morning the court granted Robert Plancich's motion to strike the complaint of Hillerich & Bradsby under the California "anti-SLAPP" law, ruling that Mr. Plancich had established that the case involved conduct in furtherance of his First Amendment rights about a matter of public interest and that Hillerich & Bradsby had not demonstrated a probability of success on the merits. H & B can appeal the Court's judgment against H & B once it is final, obviously, but for now their case against Mr. Plancich has been decided against them.
