She was extremely versatile, and her comedies with Rock Hudson and James Garner, both who became her closest friends, are wonderful.
Sorry to get off the OP's original post, but Doris Day is one of those fan favorites. And it is great that she is still with us, having outlived all of her famous costars.

Most posts do go off the original topic. But we all know the achievements of those 3 guys in pinstripes. It's nice to hear about the others.
