Rich Klein Scott Gaynor published an amazingly detailed and honest post about why shipping costs are so high for so many sellers. I don't want to search for that post -- but it explained for professional dealers quite clearly why the shipping costs which seem outreagous are not as bad as they seem.
If someone wants to find that post and lift/carry that post here -- it would show some nice light on the subject
