T'was a clever marketing trick that Goudey played on collectors in order to sell a lot of cards in 1933....but, it was also a very "mean" trick on the collectors.

Speaking about the "1933" GOUDEY Lajoie....here's the the 1934 Hi# series sheet (cards #73 - 96) in which GOUDEY modified to include the Lajoie (#106) card.
