kinda doubt that- it wasn't known for many years, is often found hand cut indicating lack of proper distribution, and has the wrong back. Everything points to error that was pulled.
Plus to the best of my knowledge there was no prize offered, and I've got an issue of TTS showing the cards discovery, sometime around '73.
