Description on customs label should more or less "match" what's inside--they can open ANY package--if you ship stuff in fancy holders (graded stuff) to Canada, God help you. And the person you sold it to...oh yeah, Fed Ex hates jewelry and collectibles--call them "photo cards" or "photographs."
Canadians can ship registered fairly cheaply--I think $10--but insurance costs them a lot. Coming this way, there's NO tarriff from customs...
