As some of you may know, I collect New York Yankee material with an emphasis on the years 1903-1927. Today, at the Hunt's Louisville auction, I picked up a ball signed by members of the Pirates' 1901 and 1925 Championship teams (and which belonged to Jim McKechnie.) The ball was signed in 1925, at a Pirates reunion.

This panel sports an extremely rare Jack Chesbro signature--right between Honus Wagner and Jesse Tannehill.

It's only taken 10 years to find a genuine Chesbro signature!
