I was quite surprised that the info they printed late last year about about bid retractions, shill bidding and the other one I can't currently think of, was also written the year before, and from what I remember, a year or 2 before that as well.
I was fairly new here and thought that was great of them to do but to my chagrin, I seen their promises were nothing new nor had anything changed.
