what i found interesting, is that in the beginning of the game, you heard plenty of boos, and by the time he was replaced for a pinch runner in the 8th, the crowd was overwhelmingly (sp-barry?) behind him, cheering, standing-O, etc...that surprised me.

i think the crowd got wrapped-up in the moment, and realized (whether we like it or not) they were wtinessing history.
