As of 7:00 a.m. ET, Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were 525 points higher, or 3.32%. S&P 500 futures gained 61 points, or 3.30% to 1923, while Nasdaq 100 futures jumped 162 points, or 4.05% to 4165.
