These tickets to Cal Ripken's 2131 game were never torn, but instead "embossed" upon entrance.
Perfect, or near perfect examples to 2131 are pretty plentiful and what I believe to be at bargain prices considering the historical value of the game.
I would either leave the ticket as is, or if I wanted to frame it up for display, attach a very small piece of tape to the BACK of the ticket to make it display as a full.
