Looks like Ebay shut him down as he is listed as "No longer a Registered User". Fairly quick but it is amazing that consumers just keeping a vigilant and informed eye out for these sort of things are faster than Ebay and Paypal.
Hopefully everyone gets their $$$ back as he took in a haul in the past week.
