I haven't seen them before, but I'd be surprised if they weren't ok.

Rather than an overprint that's the cancel Goudey applied to the stamp when they used it. Fakes would probably have a different cancel as well, although unused revenues are out there.

The different fonts could be different times, or just a company rubber stamp on a different employees desk. I think the top 5 are all the same, but rubber stamps can distort some, especially if they're "old" or the person using them has a heavy hand.
