With PSA being a publicly traded company, I find your post to be highly unlikely to occur. I do agree you are more likely to get a good card in a good TPG (PSA, SGC, Beckett) holder than not in one. Better mousetraps make for better mouses in the long run though, or there would be no mice. I don't know what exactly that means but it sounded good when I said it.
