A bccg 10 isn't necessarily the equivalent of anything. There are a few other factors in play, but for the most part they are grading the cards based on it's "true" condition without factoring centering. Basically, any card that comes straight from a pack should qualify as a bccg 10, and the varying grades would depend on how well a card was taken care of by the collector.
Theoretically, a bccg 10 with perfect centering should cross-over as a 10 to any major grading service. It probably doesn't always work out that way though.
