Could be! I can't say I recognize this particular batter graphic....

That said, many of the AMCO pennants from the late 1940s, I've noticed, are around 23" in length. Trench was also heavily into the 3/4 size during this same time; however, their 3/4 pennants measured more like 26" in length. As this one measures 26" in length, I don't think we can exclude it as being by Trench.
