Below is the message that I received from eBay

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to the cards on the site that have
the same serial numbers as your cards.

I would like to assure you that we have removed the questionable
listings from our site. Although I can't give you the details of the
resolution due the eBay Privacy Policy, I can provide some background
information on the actions we take in these cases.

If a member violates eBay's listing policies, we could do one of the
following:

- Issue a formal warning
- End the violating listing
- Move the listings to a more appropriate category
- Suspend the user's account temporarily or indefinitely.
