leonYou have many valid points. I have gone back and forth about the auction house employees being able to bid on stuff in their own auction. I fall about 51% on the side of it's ok as long as they disclose it. The reason being is that it is all too easy to have someone bid for you if you own a lot. I have never done that but know it happens. I am positive it happens in REA, MASTRO etc.....So, I would rather be up front and let it happen, have full disclosure, and if the employee wins they have to pay the full commission and any other fees just like everyone else.....You notice I could almost go either way on this. It's a good debate ....
