Mail - I did not want to redeem it by mail as my luck usually goes it would have gotten lost.
Online - I always thought it would be a longer involved process to redeem online and did not want to deal with it. However, it was more than easy. Basically just input the redemption number and then your name and address.
Basically, it came down to laziness........but that won't happen again.
