Did not respond to every posting of a Jell-O card. But did want to acknowledge all the submittals. Definitely are appreciated. For me collaborative efforts like this to unlock mysteries of long ago sets are great and by far the most effective.
We can all see that a number of the cards posted were indeed originated from pudding boxes just by the colors on one or both sides of the cards. And based on the color, you know the flavor .... as I mentioned before:
Blue coloring ties to Vanilla Pudding.
Pink coloring ties to Coconut Cream Pudding.
Yellow Coloring means Lemon Pudding.
Light brown is Butterscotch.
And a darker burnt reddish is Chocolate flavor.
And lastly if you can see any portion of a BLACK line border on the left side of the card (like some of the cards posted), then it cannot be a Pudding card. The vast majority of the cards posted have some sort of clues which help identification. Anyway thanks. Look forward to seeing any others folks might have.
