So, I put in a bid which ties the high bidder and I get the message on the site of the lot on eBay that I have been outbid. At the same time, I receive in my e-mail, the message entitled "Your bid is winning now but watch out for competition:" followed by the title of the auction lot.
This is an eBay glitch that needs to be addressed. I will call them tomorrow.

I have always wondered, when you see 2 identical top/winning bids from 2 different bidders, who is actually the top/winning bidder? Just noticed this the other day. 2 bidders, with only one on top, of course, but both bids were identical?
Also, seen this happen to me. Was told I was the winning bidder or won the card and within milliseconds, it said I did not win?
