Default perhaps a little insight into the T206 Wagner genesis

And, I will add to your...."vintage cards have become so
expensive".....that it has discouraged the enthusiasm of
collecting entire sets that was the major interest which
flourished in this hobby throughout the 1970's and most
of the 1980's. Since the mid-1990's (coincident with the
start of card grading) the set collectors have diminished
significantly.

There exists a totally different mind set in the hobby now.
And, of course most of us can change and "go with the flow".

Furthermore, most of us are intelligent enough to avoid the
unfriendly "dudes" that Adam eludes to; who just generate
tension when trying to deal with them.

P.S.....Barry

Your Home Run soared way beyond the Monuments. Recall the
Monuments in the ole Stadium were in "Death Valley" just
before the 457 Ft. marker in left-center field.
