Default Uncatalogued issue?

I can't find these mentioned anywhere except recently in this forum. So, unless someone knows better, this may be an uncatalogued issue. In 1909, this set of supplements was distributed by the Minneapolis Tribune. No checklist is known to exist, obviously, so here is the complete roster of the 1909 Minneapolis Millers, a theoretical checklist. In capital letters are the names of the players known to exist.

NICK ALTROCK
BRUNO BLOCK
Otis Clymer
JIMMY COLLINS (manager and third base)
Orth Collins
Gavvy Cravath
RED DOWNS
Bob Edmundson
DR. WARREN GILL
Tom Hughes
BILL O'NEILL
Frank Oberlin
FRED OLMSTEAD
ANDY OYLER
Roy Patterson
OLLIE PICKERING
LEE QUILLEN
JOSEPH RAPP
Ed Wheeler
IRV YOUNG

Every player on the team except Joseph Rapp played in the major leagues at one time or another. Of particular note is Dr. Warren Gill, who failed to touch second base in Spetember of 1908. When Johnny Evers pointed this out to umpire Hank O'Day, O'Day responded that he had not seen it, and chose to do nothing. A few weeks later, he would make a different call in the case of Fred Merkle.

These supplements measure 10 inches by 4.5 inches. Here are images of most of the known players.
