Is there a list (possibly searchable or in chronologic order) of all PWCC altered cards. The one posted to the blow-out forum are very difficult to navigate.

Also the PSA CERT number threads are not organized well, is there a place that has them all listed in chronological order? If a Cert number is listed on these threads what does that mean, the card is altered, the card was submitted by Moseir, etc?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
