I believe the cards have always been associated with Koester's because an album containing the cards and identifying Koester's has been found. If they were also issued by Kerr's, that would be an interesting piece of history, and a valuable contribution to the knowledge of the hobby. But unless there is some physical difference between the Koester's and Kerr's cards, there would be no difference in value for the simple reason that you couldn't prove which variety you have.
