Jeff- The new company is not run by the same people. Mastro had a staff of 30 or more. Bill Mastro CEO...gone, Brian Marren head of aquisitions...gone, and many more. It all boils down to this: Do you have a problem with Doug Allen, Ron Oser, or Mark Theotikis? I personally have had nothing but honorable dealings with these three, specifically.
