My contribution to this worthy thread is an image made by our esteemed member, Chris De Bono. He snapped a photo of the four fantasy 1954 Wilson Franks cards that I crafted in conjunction with my book on immediate postwar regional-food issues, NEVER CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN.

Among the sets I love is the '54 Wilsons. At only twenty cards, most players are not included; it was simply an all-star starting line-up from each league, with a manager. I decided to add Jackie Robinson and Mickey Mantle to his respective squad, with two versions of each. Had lots of fun creating them, backsides and all!

Hope you feel they were worth a nice glance. To be sure, very few Jackie Robinson cards were produced during his short, but mighty career.
