early 80's I remember going through plastic page after page of VG/EX T206 cards for $3-$5 ea. at shows.... All kinds of back..... a ton of Hindu (both colors), EPDG, Cycle, Tolstoi, American Beauty, Sovereign, Old Mill, and even a few Lenox, Broadleaf, and Carolina Brights, mixed in...... but the ones I always grabbed was the Polar Bear's.
Wish I knew that someday Red Hindu, Lenox, etc. etc would be thought of as scarce and command a big premium.
I liked the Polar Bear's when I was a kid ....... dang!
