DylanPRO grading and others like it have obviously decided to carve out their little niche in the hobby by being a grading service to turn to when your altered/flawed cards are turned down or graded low from a legitimate grading service. Perhaps its been profitable for PRO and if so fine, i dont think anyone pays any attention to their grading anyhow.
