Do I need to be an expert on cards to hire an expert to do their job and do it correctly?
I would say it is a mistake and a bit of incompetence on PSAs part. (It's not the end of the world and they are still a good company)
Sure the seller should know but the mistake is PSA's.....imo. They got paid for their expertise, not the other way around.
