Last June your responded at length to the boards concerns of Ebays lack of action for shill bidding, fraudulent listings, lack of sellers rights etc.

You informed us you had and we're having discussions with EBay to discuss things such as : penalties for bid retractions, IP address monitoring, better seller protections, penalties for bad sellers etc.
As Ullman said " EBay sucks". Although your business model and relationship with EBay may be divine, the rest if us see zero change since your declaration of reform topics. Could you inform the board what changes HAVE been implemented and which are anticipated? Although I don't see your having any responsibility with EBay beyond your own auctions, you offered that you were in serious group discussions with them so thanks for the help.
