Early in the Spring of '49 Leaf Gum of Chicago issued their 1st series of 49 cards. As a 10 year old kid, I was fascinated by them.Babe Ruth, Joe DiMaggio, Ted Williams, Stan Musial, Jackie Robinson, Honus Wagner....WOW ! !
