I think there is a difference between cards and coins, one would not send a card to PCGS/NGC Coin Grading Service to grade a card. My question is does PSA have a benchmark of 1980 topps coin to compare with to get their grades. Each coin can be different with marks or how they are struck , at best the 1980 coins should only recieve Authentic since only @ 14+/- came into circulation. Also did PSA also base their their grades on the first coin that was submitted to them, apparently they dont have the first coins
