Is the Phillies pennant stiff or soft?
The lessons I've learned:
* Oxiclean only works on the newer, stiff
white pennants. It doesn't do much on the softer felt ones.
* Bleach works great on
some older white pennants but I had a disaster on one with
red graphics.
* Oxyclean can improve older, colored pennants but it's not usually a huge improvement.
Another lesson is I just learned is I can't figure out how to format bullet points!
