Jeff S...because I was 12 years old in 1992. And 1990-1992 has got to be just about the low point in card production. Lots of ugly cards, many new brands making ugly cards, some of these new brands starting to experiment with new-fangled inserts--which were ugly and worthless and uncollectible.
So I suggest the rule of negative 93. Works for me...
