The Old Hickory is a nice looking bat. Mears graded with the same specs and model number as yours and determined it was a post 1920 bat based on the model number. For a generic bat to be linked to a star like Joe Jackson, there would have to be a lot of information to validate it. The Old Hickory was a generic bat offered from the company. While on the topic, even the Joe Jackson Old Hickory that was deemed authentic, in my opinion is a questionable bat. Your bat is a most likely a store model, but still has some value.
