My current favorite complaint, as somebody who flies commercially about 130 times a year is :
Why don't planes have milkshake machines?
They have coffee, tea, various other drinks, but the flight attendant asks me what I would like to drink, my answer of "a milkshake" never succeeds in getting me one.
