Actually, Garcia's record would have to be 0-0-1. In other words, if he was the "pitcher of decision" in a tie game next year, the two .5's from each game would add up to a victory. I wonder how the statisticians will record it. After all, a "tie" is better than a loss or "no-decision", isn't it?
