It appears to me, Lee, that you voided the warantee. That the seller continues to extend courtesy to you is a testament to his belief that the buyer is always right.

This seller clearly states that he will accept back any ungraded card, no questions asked. No returns on graded cards.

Upon your grading these cards, the warantee no longer applies.
