I find it appalling that their web site has no mention of this. Are they on such friendly terms with each of their consignors and bidders that it can be overlooked? What if the implausible happens and the feds find something, and decide to shut them down until further notice? I don't know if that could happen, but I know that if I were a consignor I would want some public assurance before that would have to be addressed.
Spin it all you want, but say something.
