The other time this has happened, it was in the middle of a string of snipes. I'd win one or two, they wouldn't execute one, then I'd win a couple more. But the items were always close together (30 seconds to a minute apart). This time, the first three items were spaced out 15 minutes apart and they couldn't log on.
