Apparently it comes straight from the former Equipment Manager's estate, and looks perfect for the era.... albeit I have never seen this variation before.

I was watching this and on the fence about bidding. I know an AFL super collector who has one and believes it's the real deal and this guy is pretty knowledgeable. And the equipment manager comment did give me pause.
But something about this pennant doesn't feel vintage and I'm bothered by the colors. It's very different than any other Titans pennant that exists. The fat tassels seem odd. I'm not convinced and for that money, I can think of a few others I'd rather have. Though my fingers did start to twitch as I stared at the "bid now" button in the closing seconds.
