Hager trademarked his grading system and sold licenses or dealerships that could use his system. I believe his holders were patented too--they were more rudimentary and uglier than the CSA slab linked in this thread. Oh, FWIW, I too think the first card linked looks like it could be trimmed, although the scan is somewhat small.
