If you're talking about an online archive of old hobby publications, there isn't really anything like that. The Old Cardboard site has an index of articles in hobby publications, which you can search by keyword or narrow down by publication.

However, it only includes articles from a few publications in a limited number of years, and not all of the articles indexed are actually there on the site.

On this board, I've posted a lot of articles from such publications, and some full issues. You can find them by looking in my profile at the list of threads I've started here:

These were scanned from my collection of old hobby publications, which includes complete or near-complete runs of most of the major ones (at least before 1990). If there's anything in particular you're looking for after looking through the things I've already posted, PM or email me.
