email isn't gonna do anything for you with those guys. I got my refurnd for the trimmed M116s by calling their toll free number and talking to them. If they ask for your name and say they will call you back, say that you will be happy to wait. They will take care of you right away becuase they don't want to run up their phone bill trying to blow you off, hehe.
