Peter, if you look closely at the 1906 post card Robert posted just after your post, you can see that they were taken at the same session. Some of the players have moved around, but there are many clues that show it was the same day. One is Patsy Dougherty wearing a 1905 uniform, while all the others are wearing 1906 uniforms. Also. look at Ed McFarland and Jim Hart in the two images - they swapped places, but they have the same sweaters, same dark collars.
