The 1992 model Cubs jerseys do not appear to have included names on the back - see this Trachsel without his name on the back. But, the auction below shows that Russell Athletic was the manufacturer in 1992. The Japan Tour jersey was manufactured by Rawlings.

Rawlings was the manufacturer of Cubs jerseys for 1991 (as shown in auction below), but the Rawlings tags on the 1992 tour of japan jersey are different with the tag on the 1992 tour of japan jersey located at the front right bottom and no neck tagging.
