Seat of my pants guess and I agree. All 3 are pretty close but I would go scarce to scarcer of Globe, Herpolsheimers, Indianapolis Brewing.....I don't have any data except watching them in the hobby, as to why I think that.
As for premium value on Globe backs.., maybe if it is a star or HOF'er and/or is needed for a subset. Overall, I would put an average 25% premium on commons and varied amounts on others. That percentage could vary greatly though if a Cobb - Globe or Johnson- Globe etc... came up and 2 player collectors had to have the same card. That is an auctioneers dream.
